1. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation via SMS, email, or phone call.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available in most locations across India. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours and delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

4. Product Information
We strive to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. Minor differences in color or packaging may occur.

5. Returns & Replacements
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos for assistance.

6. Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
